Competitive gymnastics is an elite sport that challenges athletes to showcase their strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and artistry through choreographed routines on various apparatuses. Performances are evaluated based on difficulty, execution, and presentation, with the goal of achieving the highest possible score.

Our competitive gymnastics program is open to athletes ages 5 to 18 and competes in AAU at all levels, including Xcel Copper, Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. A class schedule will be provided at the start of the season for gymnastics and tumbling classes, and competition routines will be learned at the beginning of the year to ensure readiness.

In addition to competitions, all team members will perform in our Christmas and Spring showcase and may be invited to participate in special events in Downtown Laurens, such as the Christmas Parade and promotional videos.
