Classes
Overview
We offer many classes to fit everyone's interests here at Studio 55. We take the time to invest in your child and make sure that they are successful. Our classes range from ages 18 months-18 years of age. All students will participate in a Christmas and Spring recital. You can sign up for as many classes as you want. We offer a 10% discount applied to your tuition if you sign up for three or more classes, a 10% sibling discount, and a 15% law enforcement and first responder discount! Please read below the Investment and Dress Code. Then, find your class!
*The 24-25 season will begin August 5th - May 23rd.* The Christmas and Spring recitals will be in December and May.
Investment
We are proud to say that we have the best classes for the best price. Class tuition is due on the 1st of every month. Payments can be made through the portal or at the studio during our business hours. Please see the company page for our company-priced tuition.
All classes will have a registration fee of $25.00 that is nonrefundable.
30 minutes: $45.00/month
45 minutes: 55.00/month
60 minutes: 65.00/month
Costume Fee
Costume fees will vary as we try to find the best-priced costumes. If you are taking a combo class additional pieces may be ordered. Payments can be made on the costume(s) or can be paid at one time. Christmas and Spring recital costumes are separate.
Dress Code
If you need to order any dancewear, tights, or shoes, you can order that directly through us! Please contact us so we can help with all of your dancewear needs! If taking a combo class, students do not have to change unless desired to do so.
-Ballet Classes
All ballet classes must wear a leotard and tights with ballet shoes. You may wear ballet skirts. Hair must be pulled back in a secured bun. Any extra clothing such as t-shirts, sweatpants, or jackets will be asked to be removed after warmup is over.
-Jazz Classes
In jazz class you must wear fitted clothing that is comfortable to move in. This includes sports bra, tank top, leggings, leotard, shorts, etc. The goal is to be able to see the lines of the body for technique purposes. Hair must be securely pulled back.
-Hiphop Classes
For hiphop, any comfortable clothing that your child can move around in is preferred. T-shirts, shorts, sweatpants, etc. are all acceptable. Hair is to be pulled out of the face.
-Contemporary/Lyrical Classes
In contemporary/lyrical class you must wear fitted clothing that is comfortable to move in. This includes sports bra, tank top, leggings, leotard, shorts, etc. The goal is to be able to see the lines of the body for technique purposes. Hair must be securely pulled back.
-Tap Classes
For tap, any comfortable clothing that your child can move around in is preferred. T-shirts, shorts, sweatpants, etc. are all acceptable. Hair is to be pulled out of the face.
-Cheer Classes
Cheer class you must wear fitted clothing that is comfortable to move in. This includes sports bra, tank top, leggings, leotard, shorts, etc. The goal is to be able to see the lines of the body for technique purposes. Hair must be securely pulled back.
-Tumbling Classes
Tumbling class you must wear fitted clothing that is comfortable to move in. This includes sports bra, tank top, leggings, leotard, shorts, etc. The goal is to be able to see the lines of the body for technique purposes. Hair must be securely pulled back.
-Gymnastics Classes
Gymnastic class you must wear fitted clothing that is comfortable to move in. This includes sports bra, tank top, leggings, leotard, shorts, etc. The goal is to be able to see the lines of the body for technique purposes. Hair must be securely pulled back.
