Pre-Ballet

Pre Ballet is a great way to introduce infants to dance and the dance studio classroom. Creative movement and pre-ballet are part of the curriculum. The emphasis is on having fun while developing coordination, balance, rhythm, and self-esteem. Students learn dancing classroom etiquette, such as how to take turns and follow instructions.

Beginner Gymnastics

Level 1 Gymnastics Floor Routines are an excellent way to introduce children to the world of gymnastics. We provide basic skills and techniques that can be developed further as the child progresses in their gymnastics career. The routines are designed with safety in mind and offer a low-risk way for children to explore movement and have fun. Through practice and dedication, these routines can be mastered and used as a foundation for higher-level skills. As a gymnast, you quickly learn the building blocks of the sport to help you progress as an athlete. Basic skills such as forward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, casting on the bar, and an introduction to the high beam are some of the foundational gymnastic skills you first learn in classes.

Ballet/Tap Combo

Ballet/Tap combo is centered towards pre-school through Kindergarten-age beginners. Classes include ballet basics, creative movement and rhythm tap. Focus is on terminology, rhythm, coordination, musical counting, body alignment. Students will learn ballet positions and foundational tap skills and be introduced to different combinations of steps and musical styles.

Tiny Tumble

Tiny Tumble is an excellent way to introduce your child to the tumbling and acrobatics used in dance. Classes emphasize coordination, balance, flexibility, and core strength. Bridges, forward and backward rolls, handstands, and cartwheels will be taught to students, as well as other pre-tumbling and pre-acro basic abilities.

Pre-Ballet/Tiny Tumble Combo

A combination of two very popular classes! Pre ballet is the ideal introduction to dance and the dance studio classroom for toddlers. Curriculum includes creative movement and pre ballet skills. Tiny Tumble is an excellent way to introduce your child to the tumbling and acrobatics used in dance. Classes emphasize coordination, balance, flexibility, and core strength. Preschool Hiphop

Preschool Hiphop is an introductory hip hop & street-jazz style class designed with the creative, curious and energetic child in mind.

Ninja

Classes will introduce boys and girls to the basics of running, jumping, hanging, climbing, and swinging through obstacles that will improve their confidence, speed, balance, strength, and coordination.

Mommy and Me Pre Ballet

This class is a great way to make the transition to the classroom.

Cheer/Hiphop

Students will be encouraged to go beyond the box by adding their own unique flair and personality to the exercises. Students must have the power and stamina to properly perform techniques in hip hop dancing. As a result, upper and lower body conditioning, as well as a thorough warm-up, are included in class to assist prepare students for more strenuous motions. Cheer is a movement-based class that emphasizes on crisp arm motions, choreographic visual execution, and dance team/cheer abilities. Dancers will learn the principles of Pom positions, performance abilities, and will be encouraged to develop their high energy, entertaining talents. Ages 5+.
