Beginner's Clogging

Introductory level of clogging. In this class, you will learn the basic fundamentals of clogging and how to progress with basic steps.

Elementary Hiphop 

Elementary Hiphop is a fun, beginning session that teaches dancers the newest hip-hop techniques and technique while also boosting physical fitness and agility. Coordination, musical counting, rhythm, and muscular isolation are all taught to students. The weekly combinations allow dancers to be innovative and exhibit their own distinct style. Ages 6-10. *If 11 go to middle/high school hiphop*.

Contemporary 

Contemporary is a combination of jazz and ballet techniques, with expressive movement that conveys emotion and tells a narrative! Dancers will practice the skill required to make lyrical aesthetically appealing and the storytelling that distinguishes them as artists! Students will practice techniques and combinations across the floor as well as improvisational activities. Ages 8-11.

Gymnastics l

Level 1 Gymnastics Floor Routines are an excellent way to introduce children to the world of gymnastics. We provide basic skills and techniques that can be developed further as the child progresses in their gymnastics career. The routines are designed with safety in mind and offer a low-risk way for children to explore movement and have fun. Through practice and dedication, these routines can be mastered and used as a foundation for higher-level skills. As a gymnast, you quickly learn the building blocks of the sport to help you progress as an athlete. Basic skills such as forward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, casting on the bar, and an introduction to the high beam are some of the foundational gymnastic skills you first learn in classes.

Musical Theatre

The Triple Threat program is ideal for people interested in performing plays or musical theater. This lesson combines the three disciplines of acting, singing, and dance into a single unit. The emphasis in this class is on equally strengthening each of the aspects to produce a well-rounded Triple Threat performer. Ages 8-18.

Int/Advanced Clogging

The next from beginner's clogging. Intermediate/Advanced clogging is a fast-paced class for those who have the basic fundamentals of clogging.

Tumble 2

Tumbling 2 is for our progressing tumblers and focuses on intermediate and advanced tumble and acrobatic skills such as front and back walkovers, cartwheel variations, chin stand variations, sugar rolls, handstand tricks, back handsprings and more. Ages 6-10. 

Wednesday 4:00-4:45


Cheer/Hiphop

Students will be encouraged to go beyond the box by adding their own unique flair and personality to the exercises. Students must have the power and stamina to properly perform techniques in hip hop dancing. As a result, upper and lower body conditioning, as well as a thorough warm-up, are included in class to assist prepare students for more strenuous motions. Cheer is a movement-based class that emphasizes on crisp arm motions, choreographic visual execution, and dance team/cheer abilities. Dancers will learn the principles of Pom positions, performance abilities, and will be encouraged to develop their high energy, entertaining talents. Ages 6-10.

Ballet/Tap/Jazz Combo

Ballet/Tap/Jazz is the perfect class for our progressing dancers and focuses on ballet, tap, and jazz technique.

Gymnastics ll

This class is geared for individuals who have taken gymnastics or tumbling classes before. Introductory skills will still be covered in this class, but this class will quickly begin to work on the next level of gymnastics skills.

Ninja

Classes will introduce boys and girls to the basics of running, jumping, hanging, climbing, and swinging through obstacles that will improve their confidence, speed, balance, strength, and coordination.

Tumble 1 

Intro to tumble is a perfect introduction to the style of tumbling & acro used in dance. Classes focus on coordination, balance, flexibility and core strength training. Students will learn bridges, forward and backward rolls, handstands and cartwheels, along with other pre-tumbling and pre-acro foundational skills. Ages 6-10. *If 11 go to tumble 3*.
